For one of our good customers, we performed several type acceptance tests in an independent test facility. The testing was done in temperature steps between -50°C and 400°C, about 200 cycle steps and several seat tests with a nitrogen helium mixture in preferred and non-preferred direction. We never exceeded the customer limit leak rate B in preferred direction and rate C in non-preferred direction with full evaluation according to ISO5208. In addition, FE testing with helium at each temperature step of never more than 1.78 x 10 E-7 mbar*l/s per mm shaft diameter.
